Cancellation by Customer - No refunds or credits towards future events will be given for cancellations notified within 10 days prior to the event booked. A £10 administration charge will be made for cancellations at any other time.
Cancellation by FT Experience - If FT Experience cancel an event for any reason, prior to the event, a credit will be offered for a future date. The credit will remain valid for 12 months. No refunds will be given.
Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, after which they will expire. Vouchers are non refundable and cannot be transferred.
